OFFICIAL RULES

Last updated 15 October 2026

These rules apply to every giveaway run by the GTA PayCheck YouTube channel (“we”, “us”) on this website. A giveaway page may add extra terms (prize, dates, countries); if they conflict, the giveaway page wins.

1. Free to enter

No purchase, payment or subscription is required to enter or win. Buying anything does not improve your chances.

2. Who can enter

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and live in a country listed on the giveaway page. Our family members and anyone helping run the giveaway can’t enter.

3. How to enter

Sign in with Google, complete your profile, and press “Enter giveaway” while the giveaway is open. Each person may enter each giveaway once. Using more than one account, bots, scripts or fake details will disqualify all of your entries.

4. Picking winners

After entries close, winners are chosen at random by our server from all eligible entries. Each draw is recorded, and winners’ first names and countries are shown on the winners page.

5. Claiming a prize

We email winners at their Google account address. You must reply within 7 days with the details needed to deliver the prize, or it is forfeited and we draw a new winner. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash, except where we choose to offer a substitute of equal or greater value. Any taxes on a prize are the winner’s responsibility.

6. YouTube

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube or Google. By entering you release YouTube and Google from any liability related to it. GTA PayCheck is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

7. Other

We may cancel or change a giveaway if something outside our control (fraud, technical failure) stops it running fairly. Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Questions: gtapaycheck@gmail.com.
